• I installed/activated the plugin, uploaded the “data” folder from GS to my wp-content/uploads folder and then went to Tools>GetSimple to WordPress in the WP admin. When I clicked “Check Page Folder” There’s a table with options, but nothing listed below. Seems there should be a list of content to select and apply the parameters to? Clicking “Import Selected Pages” did not do anything either. Am I missing something? Or does this not work with the version of WP I’m using (4.7.3)?

    Thanks,
    j

    Hi J,

GStoWP works fine for me with the last WP 4.7.3.
I have just try with the last GS version (3.3.13) and that works fine too.

    • Change the DEBUG mode to true in wp-config.php. Check again to see errors.
    • Do you have xml files in /data/pages/ ?

    Thanks for your reply!

I did not get any errors when I turned on DEBUG mode.
Yes, there are xml files in data/pages/.

I changed theme and deactivated plugins as well, and did not fix it.

    Strange…
Can you copy the content from one of your xml page and paste it inside ‘code’ tag ? (without the content part).

The parent tag is not standard. You probably use a blog plugin because it is written “blog”.

I will make an update tomorrow for this case.
