Issues like this are often caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to temporarily switch your theme to Twenty Sixteen and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and Stripe.

If that resolves the issue, then slowly re-enable features until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

I try to use Twenty Sixteen or another standard theme and it didn’t help(

You’ll need to disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and Stripe, then also change the theme – it may be any combination of those, so it’s important to start from a clean sheet.
