I began using a popular VPN on my computer today for better security. Cleantalk spanfirewall is now posting warnings about the VPN IP:

SpamFireWall is activated for your IP xxx.xx.xx.xxx
Please click below to pass protection

It appears this IP is blacklisted. Is this a common problem with commercial VPN services? How do I solve this problem?

    thanks

  • Hello,

You can add this IP to your personal whitelist. This guide could be helpfull for you:

Take notice: SpamFireWall changes will be applied within 24 hours. To apply SpamFireWall rules immediately please re-enable SpamFireWall in plugin settings.
