Dynamic linking to Cookies Policy page

As a computer fool I’m having difficulty in linking my text on the cookie banner plugin to the CMS page I’ve constructed. I can’t see a way of making a hyperlink on the pointer words of ‘Cookie Policy’. Duh…J
