    I’ve got this plugin installed on two sites, and it has been working on both for some time. I ran the Woocommerce update to 3.0 on one of the sites and it no longer works. I’ve tried deactivating/reactivating, debug mode, different shipping methods, etc.

    The site behaves as if the plugin is not installed at all. Is there a fix for this?
    Thanks!

    Did this. Still does not work. Acts like no plug in there at all!!

    You guys are awesome – thanks! @bbhank, I thought it wasn’t working too, but realized my client had forgotten to enter a weight for the product I happened to test with. Be sure to check that.

    It works for me with woocommerce 3.0!
    Thanks again – that was fast!

    The weights are already entered with each product and calculated on multiple products. Clients don’t enter weight and/or size, just need to pick shipping method once items are selected. This is how it was before the so called “upgrade”.

    And, NO, I am not “happy”!

    @bbhank,

    I am not sure I understand your question.

    Can you please explain your problem more detailed? The weights are entered in product page by shop owner only.

    When I first got the plugins the shipping was figured according to weight and size. Multiple products were figured and shipping calculated in real time. It came up in the cart and/or checkout, whichever was selected. That was fine until woocommerce upgraded. Now its as though the plugins don’t exist. Only the USPS one still works. Weights and sizes are not input by the shop owner. They are already with each product. We don’t do free or flat rate shipping. There are no zones. We ship wherever.

    @bbhank,

    @bbhank I’m not affiliated in any way with the makers of this plugin, woocommerce or anything else that you might buy, just another consumer of these products like you. I’m also a web developer so I do understand these products quite well. I can see you are upset and I want to let you know that woocommerce is a very complicated program, so when they say “this is a major update” like they did for 3.0, that is a warning to update with caution. The ONLY way to update woocommerce (or any plugin really) and be sure everything is going to be OK is to create a full copy of your site somewhere else, do the update on that site and test. If your site going down means money lost, then it makes sense to go through this extra trouble. Your host may be able to help you set up a copy of your site for a small fee – it’s really not a big deal, and could save you a headache like this down the road. Then, if something goes wrong, you can post to this forum and get it fixed before you make any changes to the live site. Hope this helps!

    Thanks.
    We’re trying to get it fixed instead of going backwards or sideways. We are aware of these issues.

    I’m not suggesting you do it now. I’m saying you should do it next time. Good luck!

    Great suggestion for updating “major updates”…@newvibe!
    Thanks for detailing this. Lesson learned!!

    We are fixed all the weight issues. Please use the latest version 1.2.2.
