Authorize.net not getting transaction after successfully checking out

    Hi, I installed the plugin and I’m trying to submit test payments for $.50c and $1 in live mode. I can successfully check out and I get the confirmation that the transaction completed. But when I check authorize.net, the payment never makes it there. I asked authorize.net and they said, that if they don’t have the payment it means the transaction never reached authorize.net, so I need to check the payment gateway. Any idea what can be the problem? Is there any logs I can look at?

    Can you check if your order notes have any transaction ID also can you search fr unsettled transactions on authorize.net account

    Before that just check order noted and kindly pasted the order note response please

    Hi Thank you for the reply. I don’t get a transaction number, but I do get the email from woocommerce saying the transactions was successful, also after checking out, I do get redirected to the page that says the transaction was succcessful. I looked in the unsettled transaction, but there is nothing there. it does look like the transaction never actually makes it to authorize.net. Is there any logs we can check to see if we can find the problem?

    BTW, I’ve also tried the lightweight plugin and saw the same issue.

    You do not see any Order Notes like this in order details ?

    Can you paste me your Woocommerce version and plugin version please ?

    I do get a note but it doesn’t include any transaction ID or authorization code. I’m running the latest version of WordPress and your plugin . My website is https://aitushop.com .

    I asked your woocommerce version because i havnt tested it on woocommerce 3.0.1 and your site seems using woocommece 3.0

    Oh no no it’s not 3.0. In still at 4.73

    Your WordPress version is 4.73 and on top of that you have woocommerce plugin installed for your online shop that woocommerce plugin is on 3.0 on which I havnt yet tested the plugin so I will have to figure it out this will take some time

    I have checked and my plugin works flawlessly on woocommerce 3.0.6 and wordpress 4.7.5
