Published posts don’t appear on home page

When I add a new post it doesn’t automatically appear on home page. In fact, it takes about 24 hours for it to appear on the home page. Same goes for any changes I make to the older posts.

I’ve tried to disable all the plugins… this didn’t make any difference.

Is there any way to fix this?
