Possible bug in Polylang: OR combined queries in URL do not work

I am not 100% sure if it might be a bug in Polylang and would be glad if somebody could please reproduce it:

I am using the option to redirect by browser language to either https://myurl.org/%5Blang1%5D/ or https://myurl.org/%5Blang2%5D/ on a bilingual site.

Now I need to combine tag queries in URLs with OR, which is usually simply be done like that: https://myurl.org/?tag=tag1,tag2. It seems to not work anymore when using Polylang: the result is always the same as for https://myurl.org/%5Blang1%5D/?tag=tag1.

Interestingly, combining the tags with AND, does still work properly: https://myurl.org/%5Blang1%5D/?tag=tag1+tag2.
