Events Manager Not Working Correctly

Hi

I am using Events Manager Version 5.6.6.1 on WordPress 4.7.3 and running a cleanapp_child theme.

I have read all of the Docs and was unable to find much info in there.

I have turned off all of the other plugins and no difference there.

I have tried fr*ee versions of The Events Calendar Plugin and All-In-One Event Calendar, and then I uninstalled both of them. I also had to manually delete folders from The Events Calendar Plugin.

Am I supposed to type a shortcode on the Events Page in order for Events Manager to work?

I can get an Ajax Calendar to appear on my Blog Page just fine and all the links work when I click on the Ajax Calendar Links.

By the way, is the Ajax Calendar supposed to work on an Apple iPhone?

However, I cannot get Events Manager to show up on my /events page in either text or calendar mode.

Is there a list of troubleshooting things I can check ?

Or does anybody have any idea what the problem could be?
