Sell software through Woocommerce

Hello!
I want to sell the software through Woocommerce.
I ned the following options:

1. Selling with free update period – 1 year.
So I need to limit the download peroid by this time.
It is possible to set the Download expiry period – https://prntscr.com/evgta3
But when I upload the new software version (file) into the product, then this period resets.

2. Possibility to improve the update period for 2 years (3 or more). I can use the extension WooCommerce Extra Product Options, but it only increases the cost of the product, but can not involve on the downaload period for the files.

3. Automatic notises after product updating. I do not know how to implement this too.

May be someone have some ideas or encountered this?
