deletes all cache on updating , deactivating or activating

    Hi,
    The plugin has this function WPSEO_Utils::clear_cache(); that Clears the entire W3TC cache every time the plugin is updated , activated of deactivated , when a large site this is very problematic , not other plugin I use deletes or interferes with my W3tc cache . When you have a large website this is very bad.
    Any code I can place on my functions.php to stop this behavior from Yoast Seo?
