    Hi @seelevelmktg ,

Please try to deactivate the slider and activate it again, maybe the problem is with a database update that didn’t run. I can also find it possible that for some reason the update was unsuccessful (and some files were not overwritten), so you could try removing the plugin and installing it again. (The sliders will stay.)

Also, please try to look for JavaScript errors, which you can do like this: https://smartslider3.helpscoutdocs.com/article/318-chrome
maybe the problem is caused by some JavaScript error. If you would see any, please send me a screenshot!

I activated and reactived, that didn’t do anything.
Here’s the javascript error, we are running on https not sure if that’s affecting things: https://www.tcslc.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/screenshot.jpg

Also, how would I get a copy of the plugin to reinstall after I delete? We bought the pro version, so I can’t get that out of the wordpress plugin directory I don’t think…

The 404 error and the notices don’t cause this problem.

You can download the pro version from your download area: https://secure.nextendweb.com/
also, since the WordPress plugin directory is for the free version only as per the forum rules, please contact us via out pro support channel: https://smartslider3.com/contact-us/
