Go to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Customize -> Theme Option -> Theme General option -> custom CSS box and paste below code and save –

.navbar-default .navbar-nav > li > a {
   padding-left: 80px;
   padding-right: 70px;
}

You can change the value of padding-left and padding-right as per your requirement.
