How to install language files

I did download two files (swedish), files are called: theme-my-login-sv_SE.mo and theme-my-login-sv_SE.po. Where to copy these files? Tried to copy to language-directory, but didn’t change to swedish. Tried even to change *.po to *.pot, nothing.
Please help!
