great theme AND great support; documentation could be a bit more detailed

  • I’m a yoga and meditation teacher and use Sauron for my website with both posts and static pages. It’s got a very neat look, many possibilities to customize the site and – important for a newbie like me – very responsive, helpful support.
    If I could make two wishes:
    1) The documentation is a general one for several themes and is a little too short for my needs. So I sometimes have to ask the support team questions that are probably very basic and would probably be helpful for other users as well. On the other hand, they reply very quickly also to these kind of requests so that I’m happy I have chosen this theme.
    2) Options for customizing the homepage are plenty and have a modern look. Yet only the first option (portfolio) displays not only posts but also pages. I’d love to chose between pages and posts with the other displays as well and be able to change their order (e.g. blog posts over portfolio).

    thanks for your feedback and using Sauron theme!

    Currently there is no separate documentation for Sauron theme on web-dorado.com, only for business elite. We are aware of this issue and will update other theme guides as well.

    As for the pages in frontpage sections, we created an option to place pages in portfolio section when enough users wanted it. Creating similar option for other sections may complicate the UI. However we will do it if again we have enough user feedback.
