    Hello,
I’m using Woocommerce plugin and I’m very happy with my online store in my customise WordPress Twenty Seventeen Theme (I’m developing my website on my desktop server so it is not live yet). But I have three problems I really hope someone can help me with.
    – I would like to see how the page would look without the zoom (magnifying glass) on the single product pages I have since the zoom at the moment follow up and down when you scroll on the page and the zoom is always visible. What CSS do I add to disable it?
    – Also on my dashboard as well as under system status inside Woocommerce it says: PHP version: 5.5.24 – We recommend a minimum PHP version of 5.6. But when I look at updates there is none for Woocommerce so I reckon I have to do it manually or? If so, can you please guide me.
    – The last question is in regards to the Woocommerce widget/sidebar you can add, I would like the products listed to be in another color when you are at the page for that product (tells you which product you are looking at). What is the CSS for this, please.

    Thanks in advance.
    Best regards,
    Cecilia

  • For 1 & 3, please post the url for your site. If that’s: https://smakasnack.com/ that site timed-out for me yesterday and just now. https://smakasnack.com/ gives “website temporarily unavailable”.

For 2, PHP comes from your server and is provided by your hosting service, not WooCommerce. Some hosts allow their customers to change the PHP version. Have a look in cpanel or your host’s control panel. If there is no PHP version setting there, put in a support call to your host’s technical support service.

    Hello Lorro,
Thanks for your reply. I’m developing my website on my desktop server so it is not live yet therefore you can’t access it on smakasnack.com
In regards to the second question as Im’ developing the website myself is it WordPress that is my hosting service so I should call or email their technical support service? Thanks in advance.
    Best regards,
    Cecilia

Are you with wordpress.com? If so, yes contact them. I suspect with wordpress.com you’ll get the php version they give you. This forum is aimed at self-hosted sites, ie you have to find your own web host. There are many to choose from. www.ads-software.com does not provide a hosting service.

For 1 or 3, personally I would need to see the site and look at it using browser tools. If no one else chips in, come back when you are on-line.
