Search Form not showing

What search form you are talking about? A similar one that I have in the demo site?

If so go to appearance-> Widgets and add a search widget to one of the 4 WP Mobile Menu Widgetized areas(Left Menu Top , Left Menu Bottom, Right Menu Top, Right Menu Bottom)

If isn’t this, can you explain further.
