• Hi,

My customer has a few hundred variable products that the free shipping has previously worked, but after the latest Woocommerce update these stopped working ??

Update, after enabling the regular Free delivery -option in Wocommerce settings, I can now see the Free delivery option also on Variable products, but now the “hide other” option no longer works…

The shop is here: https://kauppaonline.fi (in Finnish only)

    Hi,

Sorry for the delayed reply, I sometimes don’t get email notifications of support threads ??

I believe there was a bug version 3.0.3 and possibly also the couple before that with regards of variations and shipping classes that weren’t ‘same as parent’ inherited correctly.

This should be fixed in WC 3.0.4 though.

Could you confirm which versions you’re running and if its still happening after updating?
Do note that the shipping cache be in the way; https://jeroensormani.com/shipping-debug-mode

    Thanks,
    Jeroen
