Ignoring alerts for certain custom post types

Sucuri alerts are great, and it’s very useful to be able to disable alerts from certain custom post types. However, many plugins only define their custom post types when they’re needed, and those custom post types don’t show up in Sucuri’s options.

It would be very helpful if there was a free text field in sucuriscan_settings#ignorerules, so that custom post types that haven’t been declared at this point can still be ignored.
