Page Settings does not show the options

What do you see? Disable any other plugins and switch to the default theme and then see if you see them.

I see this:

Now the background is visible but page settings didn’t fix the issue.

More than likely another plugin is conflicting. Disable all your other plugins and see if it works, if you still do not see it then switch to the default theme.

Basically you want to use process of elimination to figure out what other plugin or theme is causing the issue. If you discover the conflicting plugin let me know!

I found the conflicting plugin. it is SqueezeWP. All set now!
