For some days, in my statify statistics under “Best Content” pages on my site are not existing, what could be the reason? (For example: /apple-touch-icon.png/)
Thanks in advance and best regards
    C.H.

    Hi C.H.,

what exactly do you mean by “not existing”? I assume you mean that no “Best Content” entries are shown anymore? Referrers are fine?

If you activated the option “entries in top lists just for today”, the lists are empty if there were no views today, in any other case you should see entries if the Statify table in your database is not empty (at least for the “Best Content” column as not all views have a referrer).

Which PHP version do you use?

    Hello Patrick Robrecht,
    Thanks for the answer !!!
Apologize my bad english, unfortunately my question in the German forum was not answered.
“Best Content” entries are displayed. But there are pages that do not exist on my blog. For Example the Site “/apple-touch-icon.png/”. This is not a page I created on my blog. If I click in Statify on this entry “/apple-touch-icon.png/” my blog page appears with the hint:
“Ups, this content probably does not exist.
It looks as if we could not find what you were looking for. Maybe a search helps.”

I wonder where these page entries come from in the “Best Content” column that does not exist on my blog.
Thank you very much for the help!
    Best regards
    Chriss H.

I think the plugin trac all referrers, there have a context to your domain.

All apple devices checks this icon apple-touch-icon.png and maybe a lot of apple users are on your site, the device like iPhone or other apple devices, search for this icon, this url and the statify list this url.

    Hi kitschwerk,

we found a bug with the skip_tracking option in the plugin (in the case that tracking JavaScript is not enabled). This is why 404 pages were tracked in your case – we just published a bugfix release.
