    I have a full backup of my website in DropBox. My website crashed and had to be deleted in full. I’ve reinstalled WordPress and the Backup/Restore plugin, and connected my account. I can’t see any backups though and have no idea how to pull from the folder where my backup lives on DropBox. How do I go about doing a full restore now??

    Dear @cowtowncreative,

    during the WordPress website reinstall you gave your website a little bit different name. That caused the problem that your backup was not found by the plugin. Originally your backup was oriented on the website that you had before. After the website name was changed into the one for which you made the backup, the backup appeared in Dropbox Full Backup plugin list.
