ShiftNav keeps turning off

  • I’ve been having an issue with ShiftNav. It stops working randomly and I need to go into the settings and click the save button and then it starts working again. It can work for days or weeks without issue and then disappear. Is there a fix for this?

    Hi Michael,

    ShiftNav will never spontaneously change – something has to precipitate that. It sounds like you may be having a caching issue. I’d suggest checking that your cache is set up properly, and also I’d make sure you disable the Mobile Only setting if you have enabled that
