New Update Now My Make Offer Button Doesn’t Work

    I don’t know what happened but I updated to the new version and now the button doesn’t work. I use a plugin called “Woo Variations Table” https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woo-variations-table/

    and I used the Lightbox to display the make offer form. Before at the top of the form it would say please choose a product option and I removed that. So it worked for me.

    Now whenever I press the button it never pops up a lightbox and it just keeps saying to please choose a product option. Customers don’t even have the chance to make an offer now. I love this plugin for the most part. Please correct this issue ASAP.

    It would be great if the customer could click the make offer button THEN choose from a dropdown or something what variation of product they want. I hope to hear back from you soon. Thanks.

    Which version were you running before and which version are you running now with the problem? We released two updates here recently, most recently being the 1.4.6 update. Is that what you’re running now? Were you on 1.3.x before or were you already on 1.4.x?

    I am now on Version 1.4.6 but honestly I have not the clue what version I previously was on. I update the plugins as needed.

    I’ve created an issue for this on our GitHub repo. We’ll take a look to see if there’s something we need to adjust in the next update.

    Are you sure the other plugin is fully updated and compatible with WC 3.0?

    I am pretty sure. I will check back in the morning. I have never had an issue before. The other plugin is not giving me any issue at all currently. Thanks for the help.

    Sorry things have been hectic. The other plugin is fully updated and compatible.

    Okay, we’ll have to take a look and see if we can reproduce the problem. We’re still working to get a couple of other plugin updates released, but then we’ll be focused on this one again.

    This issue has been resolved in the release branch on GitHub and will be included in the 1.4.7 update we’ll be releasing soon. If you would like to grab it early you can download the release branch here: https://github.com/angelleye/offers-for-woocommerce/archive/release.zip

    You’ll need to extract the files and then upload them to your server overwriting the existing plugin files.

    I finally just had time to set down and write over the files with the new ones from your link and the same issue is still happening…..

    It just says please select some product options before making offer for this product.

    I’m sorry for the delay getting back to you. Did you make sure to clear all caching / CDN services after updating the plugin files?
