Strange Characters

  • In my blog: https://www.darkculture.net/blog, I’m getting strange characters in the posted by, tags, date, area.

    EX: November 21, 2008 a€￠ Tags: Disney, Florida, Universal Studios a€￠ Posted in: Travel a€￠ No Comments a€￠ Edit

    I’m using the Grey Matter theme, if that helps.

    Anyone know how I can fix this? I looked around in the theme editor, but I don’t know very much about fiddling with real code. My guess is it has something to do with the charset, but am not sure. Would love some help!
