• Is there some way I can create a link which is a pre-defined tag search?

That may not be the correct term, but I can explain what i am doing.

I have used the Simple Tags plugin to add tags to pages in my Spanish wine website. I want to create a table of links which are defined searches eg. A list of every type of grape, and when you click on Tempranillo it will do a search for pages which are a child of the Regions page and which have the tag ‘tempernillo’ or ‘tinta de toro’ (another name for the same grape) and then generate SERP with a list of the results.

Even if I can achieve part of this functionality that would help. Any ideas?

That would give results which are too broad, we will be selling each wine and I would like to generate product pages. We will be talking about tempranillo all over the site and I am afraid the results would be far too messy and broad for my needs. I need wordpress to draw a list of pages from the database where they a) are sub pages of ‘Regions’ AND b) have the tag ‘tempranillo’. I could generate an sql query to do this but I don’t know PHP or wordpress.

I hope I am making sense here.

    Thanks for the response edsley.
