    Hi,

Thank you so much for posting such a wonderful review on plugin’s review page for our Abandoned Cart Lite plugin and for our support.

We have made compatible our Abandoned Cart Lite for WooCommerce plugin version 3.7 with the WooCommerce latest version 3.0.0.

Can you please exactly let me know which issue is occurring with our plugin on your website? So we can replicate the issue on our staging server. Also, please let me know which version of WooCommerce and Abandoned Cart Lite plugin is active on your website.

    Please let me know.

    Regards,
    Chetna Bhutka

    Hi,

Thank you for letting know which version of our plugin and WooCommerce is active on your website.

I have tested our abandoned Cart Lite for WooCommerce plugin version 3.7 with the WooCommerce version 3.0.5 on our staging server. I have abandoned a cart as a guest user and logged-in user and I have noticed on “Abandoned Orders” tab that my abandoned carts are displayed.

I would like to explain to you that how we are capturing the abandoned carts:

Abandoned cart plugin lite version captures abandoned cart of logged-in user and guest user (non-logged-in user) and visitor carts. Cart is declared as the abandoned once set time for setting ?Cart abandoned cut-off time? is reached, and the same cart is displayed as the abandoned under the ?Abandoned Orders? tab of our plugin.

For logged-in users, carts are tracked from the time when they add the first product to their cart. However, guest user carts are tracked after the user enters the email address on the Checkout Page.

For visitor carts, we are capturing the guest cart info (without email address) if the user goes to the cart page after adding the product to the cart.

Can you please share the URL of your website where the Abandoned Cart is not being captured? So I can abandon a cart for testing purpose on your website.

As I am not able to replicate the issue at our end, I would need to check the issue on your website. So can you please post your issue on our plugin’s forum page? So I can more communicate about it and I can fix the issue on your website.

Below is our plugin’s forum page link:

Please let me know if you have any queries.
