Form action not updating

    Hello, I am running into an issue when updating the form action. I’ve added about 60 form actions each includes a group of emails to received the submission based on a condition. After the 60 form action, I noticed it not taking any more, I am able to updating it manually through mysql but it’s not ideal. Would live hears your thoughts on what could be the issue?
