Maybe you have a plugin that is in our list of unsupported plugins https://help.servmask.com/knowledgebase/incompatible-plugins/

I am using the following plugins:

– Akismet Anti-Spam
– All-in-One WP Migration
– Clef
– Contact Widgets
– Duplicate Post
– DZS Video Gallery
– Justified Image Grid
– Limit Login Attempts
– Ninja Forms
– Under Construction / Maintenance Mode From Acurax
– YOP Poll

Please let me know if you need wordpress access.

Do not share your WordPress access. It is not safe.

Try to deactivate the following plugins and try again:
– Akismet Anti-Spam
– Clef
– Under Construction
