    Hi there please could you let me know how i can get this to show at the top of my website please i can only see that i have to put a code in but i can only put that on pages i have created but in need of it at the top

    Hi, sorry for late response. What I do is in Appearance -> Widgets, add a text widget somewhere and use the shortcode in that. By default, shortcodes are not enabled in text widgets, but there are plenty of plugins that will enable shortcodes in widgets. Search google for how to enable shortcodes, you will find plenty of resources, find one that suits you. Good luck!
