Random Posts based upon # of comments

I haven’t been able to find a plugin to do exactly what I’m looking for.

What I’d like to do is have 1 random post, selected based upon the number of comments attached to that post.

Ultimately output it to the sidebar.

Since my site has been evolving for quite a while, I thought this way would be a good way of recycling posts that were underexposed or under appreciated…

Any ideas or suggestions?
