Encounter 500 Internal Server Error when save “edited” order

After update to Woocommerce 3.0 version, I always have problem to edit the order. Whether I refund an order, update the tracking number (using AfterShip plugin) or edit the line item, saving it always give me 500 Internal Server Error. Although the changes are saved, the error page is very irritating.
