Giving WordPress Its Own Directory NOT Working

I am using Synology DS916+. I follow WP instruction on

Method II (With URL change). I implemented fully as describe
copy .htaccess and index.php modified included
require( dirname( __FILE__ ) . ‘/wordpress/wp-blog-header.php’ );
So everything is done accordingly, my home URL
https://xxxxx.synology.me/wordpress/ is working fine
https://xxxxx.synology.me is NOT working fine at all Error 500
It look to me that Synology don’t start with the root files .htaccess and index.phpQST, Is there somebody that can help me out this problem?

I remove and reinstall WordPress on my Synology DS916+
The same Error 500 is displayed again..
The Solution: DS916+ goto Web station – General settingsSynology WordPress default installation…
HTTP back-end server – Nginx
PHP: – Not ConfiguredModified this settings
HTTP back-end server – Apache HTP Server 2.2
PHP: – PHP 5.6In the dashboard goto settings set
Site address (URL): Example: https://example.comFrom here it is working as it should be…
