Can’t add add product for coupon

    I attached a picture. I used to be able to add products in these two boxes, but now I cannot. I have tried using both firefox and chrome to make sure it is not a browser issue. But I simply cannot put any information in these boxes.

    Even if I edit existing coupons, they have products in the box, but I cannot remove or add. It is like the box is not interactive.

    I have updated everything, and even deactivated other plugins, but is still does not work. It seems to have happened after some updates, but I am not sure which ones, since it has been a while since I used a coupon.

    This is a big deal to my website. I hope there is a way to fix this, or I will have to redo my site using something other than woocommerce.

    I’m having this same problem. If you find a fix, please update this – and if I find one I will do that same. Thanks!

    Really? Almost 2 weeks with no help. This forum seems useless. Is there another place to get support?

    I’m having this problem too. I can set to categories but not individual products. The solution I came up with – until hopefully we get an answer – is to add the products on special to an additional category.

    OK, I fixed mine…. clicked off plugins until the add product feature worked. For mine it was a visual layout plugin – Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer

    @ekahidesign is right, it’s a plugin conflict. Mine was Advanced Custom Fields PRO.
