Photo’s not uploading to folder

I am facing the same issue . Can you Please please let me know what is the issue
I am getting this issue in my console :
POST https://mywebsite.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?bwg_nonce=ffbc0f2300&action=bwg_UploadHandler&dir=/ 403 (Forbidden)

Also the Client is using Sucuri and when i hit this url in web browser i get

Access Denied – Sucuri Website Firewall

Kindly tell me what is the issue .

Could you please check a few things?

• Make sure PHP GD2 library is enabled on your website. You can ask your hosting provider to check this.
• Also, check the permissions of /wp-content/uploads/photo-gallery folder, and make sure they are set to 777.

Yes I Checked the GD library is enabled and also the permission of /wp-content/uploads/photo-gallery is 777 , but then too i am not able to see the images which are being uploaded from + Add Images button.

The images just show being uploaded in admin but does not go into the uploads/photo-gallery folder and therefore not seen after uploading and getting the same error message as shown above. Please let me know soon what is the issue

Seems like you have not received our latest emails, so I am posting it here.

Could you please check the test gallery we have created? We created a new folder, uploaded a few images there and successfully added them to the gallery. Please let us know which gallery you are having trouble adding images.

Also, please send us a few of the images which are not uploading. The problem might be with these images specifically.

Yup i was not able to recieve your mails . I now see that images are getting uploaded successfully , did you changed something or deactivated any plugin for this or just created the test gallery?

We did not make any changes on your website, except creating a gallery and uploading a few images. So the problem might have been temporary, most probably related to your website server.
