Import Links – how to?

    Hello All – I have a spreadsheet of a few hundred links and categories I need to import into my blog. I can get this into any format needed, but how do I actually import them? It doesn;t looks like my wordpress 2.7 test, not my 2.6 live blog I can find an import function. I don;t really want to manually enter these if I can avoid it.

    Under way old WordPress versions there was a links and a links_categories table – I could manually import them into the database. Looking at the current schema, I couldn’t figure out how.

    I couldn’t find a plugin either.

    Any recommendations?
