After submitting problem

I am using the same contact form on 3 pages. On front page it works correctly, after submitting, it scrolls to form and show Thanks message.

When I inspect form, id of the form div is id=”wpcf7-f29-o4″ and action atribute of the form is <form action=”/#wpcf7-f29-o4″.

On other pages after submitting, it stays on the top of the page and Thanks message is not showing.

When I inspect forms, ids of the form divs are id=”wpcf7-f29-o2″ and action atributes of the forms are <form action=”/pay-per-result-25-off/#wpcf7-f29-o2″ and <form action=”/conversion-audit-with-recommendations-40-off/#wpcf7-f29-o2″. But the page is redirected to https://www.proimpact7.com/pay-per-result-25-off/#wpcf7-f29-o1 and https://www.proimpact7.com/conversion-audit-with-recommendations-40-off/#wpcf7-f29-o1.

How can I fix this?
