Plugin not working on blank page

  • Hi Alex (i was the guy with the capital letter issue)
    Sorry to be a burden but I found another problem. I’m not sure if its related to the plugin or my theme. My theme developers of course said to contact the quiz lite developers.

    When using the plugin on a blank page template, the plugin doesn’t work correctly Have you ever encountered this issue before? I have just sent an email to you containing an attached screen shot.

    Looks like there is a conflict with another plugin which isn’t loading the JS files correctly.
    Can you send me a URL so I can confirm.

    Way to check is to disable the other plugins one by one until conflict resolves.
    OR temporarily try a different theme and see if it resolves.

    Hi – I’m not sure how you’re rendering that page but it doesn’t look like its running from any standard wordpress theme template at all.

    At least none of the core wordpress functions seem to be there, and therefore its not loading the correct javascript files for the plugin.

    There isn’t any header or footer to speak of at all.

    Thanks Alex. I asked the them developers to create a blank template and that is what they produced. I will bug them to create a proper one.
