Date archive pages not working

  • Greetings,

    on my site I cannot get the date archive pages to work (found in the left footer widget). Instead the links direct me to my site’s front page. I have tried to solve this by enabling date archives on Yoast SEO settings as recommended to another user with the same problem, but without success.

    Any help appreciated!

    When I currently visit the site, the link takes me to the archive page. Was this fixed or are you still encountering the issue?

    Actually the archives seem to work on Firefox and IE but not on Google Chrome. Why does this problem occur only when using the Chrome browser?

    Does it happen with no extensions?

    Yes, if I understood correctly, as I have no extension or plugins installed in the Chrome browser. I wonder what’s the reason behind this?
