    I have a WordPress site with version 3.5.5 of the GACT plugin installed. However, we can no longer view the Audience Overview or Visitors Overview pages. Additionally the plugin Settings page is also inaccessible.

    Instead of the requested page we get the following Google error:

    401. That’s an error. Error: disabled_client. The OAuth client was disabled.

    The request details are as follows:

    The OAuth client was disabled.response_type=code
    redirect_uri=https://secure.wpadm.com/ga.php
    client_id=xxxxxxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.apps.googleusercontent.com
    scope=https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly
    access_type=offline
    approval_prompt=auto

    I have attempted to uninstall and reinstall the latest version of your plugin but it has made no difference.

    Is this something we’ve done incorrectly, a problem with the plugin or is it a problem with Google?

    Many thanks

    James

    This appears to have cleared as of today, so am marking this ticket as resolved.

    I’m unsure of the cause of the resolution as I did nothing to this yesterday. Perhaps something was cached and that cleared or maybe there was some other oAuth lock that expired? Anyway, when I looked today the admin page was requesting confirmation of which Google account to connect instead of the 401 error page. Once reconnected everything is once again working.
