how to make 3 column – 1 and 3 expand to fit center

  • Basically I need a slider in the middle flanked by a graphic of a column (like a column holding up a colonial house roof)

    I have a need to have 3 website columns. Column 1 and 3 literally have a column graphic. The top row and bottom row will have the top and the bottom of the column graphic and the row two will have the 1 pixel part of the column.

    On row two in the center I want to put a revolution slider and then have the row (with the 1 and 3 cells) expand to match the picture on the slider.

    For the life of me I cant seem to wrap my head around how to do this in wordpress. Can anyone lead me in the right direction?
