Chinese (Hong Kong) version of WordPress.com iOS and Android app

Well, now I really need to have WordPress.com apps translation strings in Chinese (Hong Kong) (zh_HK). I can’t see an option for Chinese (Hong Kong) when I try to change the site language in WordPress.com Android app because there are no translation strings available for this locale. Could the developer add the translation strings of zh_HK?
