Hi there,

I tested locally and was able to show the widget perfectly. In this case, the ID should be the “slug” of your Yelp page, which is highlands-sport-and-spine-denver-3

Put that in the “Business ID” field and you should have no trouble at all. After you do, for good measure go ahead and open the “Advanced Options” section and click the “Clear Cache” button too.

Ah…I went with the literal business ID which was a bunch of numbers and letters.
This worked.

I have the same issue as OP, except for I have triple checked my business ID:

Business website domain:www.africangiftitems.com
Yelp domain:https://www.yelp.com/biz/african-gift-items-cambridge-2

Hello Matt,

I am not sure what you mean by error…I didn’t exactly get an error, I got the response “Business information unavailable” from the widget, when I uploaded the website.

I looked it up and the documentation implied this happens in a couple of scenarios:
1. Business has no yelp review(s), or
2. Business ID is wrong

I checked both of those and I wasn’t in either of those groups.

Actually, when I visit your Yelp page, I see that there are NO reviews populated there:
https://www.yelp.com/biz/african-gift-items-cambridge-2

Sometimes Yelp removes reviews that were previously there because of their policies. And sometimes when you are the owner of the page, you’ll see pending or removed reviews that others cannot see — those reviews wouldn’t be available to populate over the API at all.

I believe the problem is that you have no reviews currently.
