show all listings before search

    Is there any way to show all the listings even before any search is done?

    Or another way of putting it, I want the user to click on the directory page and see the search box but also see the first page of listings..

  • Try using the Featured option.

    Thank you @larrycisar i could do that but I was hoping for a more randomised selection so as not to prioritise one over another.

    I think what I’m asking for is an option to have show ‘all’ in a shortcode

    Have you tried the shortcodes?

    [directory_category] will display a page of all the listings from every category. You can further customize the listings through the various shortcode options detailed on the help page of the plugin settings.
