Displaying gravatar before ‘by author’ and below post title

Hi, I am trying to put my gravatar before the ‘By Author’ text and below the post title, I have a very little knowledge of coding, i do not know how to do it and if i have to use codings, i am also not sure where to put the codes. Please help. A screenshot is given below showing the place where i want to put the gravatar on hueman theme.
