Issues with xml sitemap as a result of enabling Setmore plugin

Hi there

Your plugin is now causing an issue with our Yoast SEO plugin which is rendering the xml sitemap for Google dysfunctional.

Your plugin is inserting the Setmore code everywhere, even in the admin area which to be honest is not good. Can you please tell us what we need to do is have the Yoast plugin and Setmore plgun work side by side as we definitely need both?
