Added features: Multiple donation amounts, custom text submit button

  • I downloaded the plugin and thought it was powerful, but lacked a few small things I wanted. These are:
    * ability to show donation amounts
    * ability to have multiple donation amounts
    * text-based CSS customizable submit button
    So I added them in. The forked version of the plugin can be found on [github](https://github.com/makbeta/wp-paypal-donations)
