FashStore update for WooCommerce 3.0.0

    I manage a website that uses FashStore child theme. WooCommerce recently released a new major update (version 3.0.0). After updating WooCommerce, I am getting warnings that “Your theme (FashStore) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files.” I was curious if there are plans to release an update to FashStore in the near future or if I should attempt to fix the template files myself. I’ve never done that before so I wanted to inquire before trying to do it myself. Thanks!

    We would like to inform you that we have already updated the theme version which is compatible with latest woo commerce version.
    Please update the theme version and let us know if there is any issue in theme.

    When I go to Appearance –> Themes, FashStore does not indicate having an update. What do you recommend as the best way to update FashStore, without losing my settings and customizations?

    Hi there,

    If there is any update in the theme then there appears theme update notification automatically from the WordPress. If not then your theme is up to date.
    And as fashstore is the child theme of the accespress store, then you need to update the accesspress store theme also.

    AccessPress theme is up-to-date, but I am getting this notification from WordPress regarding FashStore:

    “Your theme (FashStore) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme.”

    According to WordPress, FashStore is NOT fully compatible with the latest updates to WooCommerce. My original question is whether or not you plan to update the FashStore templates to make them compatible? Thank you!

    Please update our theme to the latest version of both parent and child theme. We have fixed in the latest update of the theme.
