Image Issue

Site says Maintenance mode

Did a quick theme switch out to a different version to see if it was corrected but it was not. Out of maintenance mode now.

I have never seen it where woocommerce hasn’t used a lightbox. You can add this plugin and it will fix the problem.

The issue I see is when a user clicks on the image, it opens the image in the same tag, if the user clicks X to close the image, they close out of your site entirely.

Light box plug in didn’t help. Looking at the other link.

updated functions.php and no joy there either. I”m wondering if the D/B wasn’t upgraded properly. Is there a way to force a d/b update?

How did you fix it?

Well, it was really a strange thing. I’m not sure I can replicate it. I found that when I ftp’d to the site and looked at all the images folder that here were folders for images sizse 800×250 which was incorrect and had never ever been specified anywhere. So I deleted all folders/images of that size and then ran the regen thumbs plug in. That seemed to fix it. I got zero support out of Woo.

However the same approach on another site at https://dennis-kelly.com did not achieve the same results and I’ve not had the time to work on it. Wish Woo had better support on this.
