Any deas on how to resolve?
Odd thing is, the forms appear to be submitting, just not redirecting to the thank you pages.

    Hi,

A 500 error is a general php error. Please check your apache/php log to find the detailed error message.

However, this error is not coming from our free MailChimp for WP plugin as only the Premium add-on supports AJAX submission. The script ajax-forms.min.js is trying to capture our form submit and is apparently failing at that. This might be a plugin you installed or ajax-forms.min.js is build into your theme. If you have a paid theme I advice to contact them for support.

    Hope that helps,
